Our pricing is based on the number of employees regardless of the number of computers, tablets, and smart phones. If you have 1-5 employees, the pricing would be a flat fee of $775 per month. If you have 5-25 employees, the pricing it would be $155 per employee per month. If you have more than 25 employees, you can request a free quote.
Yes, there is a one-time setup fee. We have an amazing onboarding team that specializes in onboarding new clients and holding your hand from A to Z during this process. The onboarding process is very methodical, organized and systemized to prevent any downtime.
The setup will depend on your current situation. For RIAs with up to 5 employees, the setup fee is typically in the range of $1,000 to $2,000. For RIAs with 5-25 employees, the setup fee is typically in the range of $2,500 to $7,500 depending on your specific situation. For RIAs with 25+ employees, this will vary depending on their specific situation.
All of our work is typically done remotely. If on-site support is important to you, we offer a package that includes on-site support visits twice per month. However, most of our support can be done remotely and this is how we support most of our clients. If you do require on-site support, we will send a trained professional to your office using our nationwide partnership with Smart Source.
Our pricing does not include your Microsoft licensing. We highly recommend that our clients have the Microsoft 365 E5 Subscription to ensure maximum security and productivity.
