Adam Kaleta helps RIAs make confident, informed decisions about their technology, cybersecurity, and IT strategy.  As Business Development Manager, Adam works closely with firm owners and key leaders—such as CCOs and operations executives—during the presales and discovery process to understand how their firm operates, the challenges they’re facing, and what’s most important to them in a long-term partner and solution.  He takes the time to understand their needs and diagnose their challenges, with a calm, consultative approach focused on clarity and confidence every step of the way.

Before joining RIA WorkSpace, Adam spent over 13 years at Apple, where he developed a strong appreciation for simplicity, trust, and long-term relationships. Clients often describe him as friendly and trustworthy, and he takes pride in making complex topics easier to understand. When a firm decides to move forward, Adam ensures a smooth handoff to the onboarding team so the transition is seamless.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys time with his wife and their bulldog, Flash. He’s also a passionate barbecue enthusiast and the creator of Kaleta’s Kitchen, a BBQ-focused project where he applies patience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail—qualities that carry over into how he builds relationships with clients. When he’s not behind the smoker, Adam is an avid softball player and enjoys being on the field.
